For over 20 years, Ari has been managing apartment buildings. Byron joined the team 18 years ago. As a team, Ari and Byron work diligently to ensure that every property receives individualized attention. The Lotus West Properties team supervises maintenance, interacts with tenants, remodels units, and collects and deposits rents while maintaining an efficient and professional approach. Both Ari and Byron grew up in Los Angeles and attended UCLA. They are very familiar with all of Los Angeles and have a keen understanding of the landscape.
